Be prepared for steep steps! It’s doable and fun…but if you need an elevator, this isn’t the place for you. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great location…central to everything we wanted to do, whilst being quiet enough to keep our window open. Would absolutely stay here again!

Room was nice and clean, unfortunately the room was very small for a twin not sure how you would manage if you had two large suitcases. There are two buildings and the second which we stayed in needed updating, old worn carpets and corridors needing a coat of paint, not at all like the images. The same goes for the room and bathroom. If you struggle with step stairs not a good hotel for you. Great location to see Amsterdam with good access to the trams and easy to get to from the airport. The other building seemed to be much more modern and more like the images. Only way to describe is a upmarket hostel
