I will not be back
The location is very close to the airport and the hotel has a convenient shuttle service for 3.5euro. It is pricey in Italian standards and I expected a much better experience. The only option to eat if you do not have a car is the hotel restaurant, which is ok but expensive in Italian standards. The check in staff was rude but the morning check out person was friendly. The room is nice and bed is comfortable but I had severe issues with water pressure and could not take a normal shower, which was a bad experience after a long flight. When I complained at the front desk, it appears that they know about this problem. There was a blinking light in the room that was also very disturbing. The bottom line is that they are doing a bad job with the maintenance which severely affected my stay. I will not be back.

Great place to stay when flying out of Malpensa
Service was wonderful. The building is a former nobility’s residence and looks fabulous outside and in. The hotel shuttle takes you from and to terminal one of Malpensa airport in 5 minutes, yet there is hardly any noise at night from air traffic.

Perfect for traveling to and from Malpensa airport
It's the second time I stayed and i booked it already for my trip to Italy at Christmas. It's very conveniently located near Malpensa airport, ideal for a late arrival/early departure to and from the airport. The shuttle service is quick, staff is very nice and helpful, the food at the restaurant is very good and breakfast served from 5am.

Great short visit near the airport
The location to the airport is perfect, only a 3 minute shuttle ride. Yet while you're there, you have no idea you're so near the airport. The exterior is grand, but the interior of the rooms is average, which I didn't personally mind. The lobby, dining area, and bar are beautiful, and the continental breakfast is above average. Check in and check out were super quick and easy.

No complaints. I did hear a few overhead planes (maybe heard 2 or 3 all night) and a bit of hallway noise but nothing significant to disturb my sleep. The shuttle ran every 30 mins (late October) and was less than 5 mins, no charge. I read that there might be some peculiar standards around ordering at the bar, etc, but my experience was great. I went down to the bar during dinner time but didn't want anything from the restaurant's dinner menu (not great vegetarian options, so I guess that's my biggest complaint). They let me order food from the bar menu with no issues.

Great MXP Airport Hotel
My parents recommended this hotel because they had stayed there previously. You can’t beat the proximity to the airport and it’s a beautiful property. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have an airport shuttle which starts running at 5am and I needed an earlier ride and they arranged a taxi for me. Rooms were clean and beds were decent. We ate pizza and had drinks at the bar downstairs and the service was great.
