Large rooms that show some age but were very clean and quite comfortable. Location was quiet with restaurant options within walking distance. Area around the hotel was very pleasant, safe, and quiet. Service was good. Sauna facilities were very nice.

Fantastic location for a grand old hotel

Very good location, nice staff and spacious room, comfortable bed. No air conditioning, so very sticky, with windows open, very noisy. Room could use a paint refresh, bathroom is VERY compact but adequate. Spa had some tech issues, so we didn’t use it but looked nice in pics Breakfast had everything you could desire, a little cramped in the buffet area but staff were excellent about re-stocking and taking away dirty dishes

Varmt rum o kunde inte sova med öppet fönster pga måsar. Basic sängar. Dålig belysning i badrummet. Trångt vid frukost.

Mysigt hotell med bra läge

Fint hotell i gammaldags stil. Ligger bra till, men inte mitt i centrum, nära till centralstation. Hotellet Behöver lite uppfräschning/renovering här och var, men känslan var ändå mysig. Blev uppgraderade till en svit med separat vardagsrum med matsalsbord, schäslong, soffgrupp, tv, skrivbord och en underbar kakelugn. Sköna sängar! Lite trångt och knökigt vid frukosten, fanns ingen plats att sitta på, men det berodde nog på att hotellet var fullbokat pga evenemang i stan. God frukost med allt vad man kan tänkas vilja ha. Finns också ett spa/relaxavdelning, men dit hann vi aldrig så det kan jag inte recensera.

Et slitt men nostalgisk hotell i hjertet av Halmst

Rommet var stort og høyt under taket. Badet likedan. Ingen aircondition på rommets så vi åpnet dem vinduene som kunne åpnes. Greit med parkering utenfor hotellet. Ok frokost. Nytt treningsrom som vi brukte et par ganger. En liten spa avdeling som vi ikke prøvde. 30 min gange til stranden. Greit hotell som ligger sentralt i Halmstad.
