Hotel closed: How to obtain refund from Expedia?
Arrived Monday 21 November to find the hotel closed, the door chained up and nobody to help! I had to find another hotel. Then, where, oh, where are the links on the Expedia website to report a problem like this and claim a refund? After considerable effort and going round in circles, I've still been unable to find them. Drop down menus on the website are way too restricted and inflexible for reporting problems. Two reports as feedback have gone unanswered, so now we have a very unhappy customer of Expedia as well as a non-customer of this closed hotel. Hopefully somebody from Expedia will see this and respond!
