The Bulow Palais is an elegant hotel that offers delightful rooms, wonderful service, and excellent meal choices. From the moment we arrived, we were supported, looked after, and generally made to feel extremely welcome. The hotel manager and staff pay exceptional attention to guests, so we felt pampered and looked after throughout our stay of four nights. Would highly recommend the Bulow Palais to everyone. A truly memorable experience.
Unfortunately we chose to stay in the Kavalier Haus not in the Schloss. Rooms in the Kavalier Haus were a little bit dated and the Bathroom too tiny. View was fabulous from room. Would love to stay again but in the Schloss next time. The food was fantastic and so was the service at Dinner & Breakfast.
Absolutely loved our stay at Townhouse Dresden. Everything about the accommodation and experience was exceptional.

Nice spacious room for my wife, toddler son, and I. Big Bathroom also. Some basic amenities like an electric jug would have been good and free Wi-Fi in lobby only is a bit of a pain. Breakfast buffet is good value and we weren't charged for our son.
The location is incredible, it is in the heart of the old Town, and is near plenty of great food.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and have fantastic views of the square.
Easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to request a kettle and cups, as these are not supplied in the room. Bathroom supplies also needed to be requested, if required. The area was safe and quiet. The Hop On Hop Off Bus had a stop at the front of the Hotel which was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly.
The apartment was firstly in a great location. It was very close to the main tourist attractions and right in the heart of the Altstadt - it had a really nice atmosphere. The apartment was very nice, there were just a few little things which detracted from the overall experience. The WiFi was a bit patchy and there was no oven/microwave - a let-down given I'd hoped to do my own cooking for the time I was there.
I had no noise issues with the bar downstairs, but I was there in January, so too...
