Location, location, location!
With only one night in Rome, we wanted to be in the center of the action. This Inn is at the foot of the Spanish Steps on the via Condotti, surrounded by gorgeous stores & restaurants. It's unique because it's not really a hotel, they meet you downstairs to carry in your luggage, there's no "lobby" or staff on site. You take an old world, caged iron elevator to the top, which was kind of cool. Its more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The best part was the view of the Spanish Steps, which was like a postcard. I'd stay here again just for that view.

Phenomenal location on the via Condotti
Multiple balconies with couches & lemon trees to relax with tea or espresso – Nespresso machines available
Pretty & modern updated room
Comfortable king size bed
Good wardrobe space for unpacking
Safe & mini fridge in the room
Cons:
Bathroom - while modern & updated, showering is ridiculous!! There is no way to NOT soak the room.
Zero pressure in shower head, much better in the handheld attachment but you then wash one handed. Not a bad option - our handheld was broken so the water was shooting out the side instead of a direct stream, which only added to the flooded room. I told management & it was fixed right after we left.
We left early for the airport, so we didn't have the breakfast, so not able to comment there.
