10/10 Exceptional

We selected Mamo Citadelle due to its location to the train station as we were using it as a launch off point during the first few days of our visit to Florence. The apartment was exactly as advertised - roomy and comfortable with a very generous sized private terrace. The unit is on the main floor so perfect if you are traveling with heavy suitcases and was an easy 10 minute walk to the train station. The bathroom on the main floor is small, especially the shower but there is a larger bathroom upstairs which we didn't use as we stayed in the master bedroom on the main floor. The bed on the main floor has the most comfortable mattress! Extremely quiet location. We would highly recommend staying here!

4/10 Fair

Great location but a way too elaborate pre- check in procedure that feels completely unnecessary, smelly apartment, crappy wifi, no host to communicate with regarding issues that came up during the stay,

8/10 Very good

Localização razoável, mas perto da estação. Com malas, melhor pegar Tram pra chegar… ou ir embora. Apartamento grande, bom, confortável. Banheiro de baixo com box muito apertado!! Banheiro de cima ótimo. Recomendo.
