Very polite and welcoming staff especially to the young man at reception. Showed us to our double room and when we mentioned we had an early check out, he arranged a takeaway breakfast bag. We also had the wrong charging adapter and we were able to borrow one. We used the 10% off at the restaurant opposite and would definitely recommend. "
