We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of four. Everyone had a proper bed, so no one had to sleep on a sofa bed or an extra bed. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and arrived exactly as scheduled. Breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful view that made the morning even more enjoyable. The free parking was a big advantage, especially when traveling by car. The rooms are air-conditioned, which made our stay very comfortable despite the summer heat. Finally, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Winter Gardens Hotel Bergamo I wish to thank the hotel and its staff for being very sympathetic and accommodating regarding my reservation. Circumstances changed my arrival time forcing me to arrive earlier than expected. I was picked up at the airport and brought to the hotel which is a 10 minute journey. After check in I went to the room which was spotlessly clean and well provided . It had both a mini refrigerator, large screen smart TV as well as coffee/tea facilities and a digital safe. The SPA was excellent (you need to pre-book this as well as the airport shuttle). The restaurant was really comfortable and the food excellent. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other prospective guests.
