hello, i’m an 18 year old travelling with my boyfriend to Amsterdam for the first time and this hotel was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and kind, the location of this hotel is amazing as it is right next to the tram line which enabled us to go anywhere in Amsterdam and the hotel was in a nice quiet area ,there is also a hotel cat which was super cute to sit in the garden with. I cant wait to stay here again!!!!.

This hotel is in an excellent location. All staff are very friendly and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and whilst the rooms are very small, they do the job. Due to the small size of this hotel, there is a high risk of some noise, so bring earbuds.Overall, highly recommended.

Such a lovely hotel, fab area super close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet pretty road. Beautiful room the bath was fab and everything was super clean. The staff were amazing super welcoming & helpful. The only thing is the balcony’s could be separated a bit better, maybe a screen. Loved the rituals products in the bathroom. Was a perfect home from home I will definitely stay here again. Ohh my fave part was the cat that lives there and the trees and view from the balcony was super peaceful. Oh and my bed was sooo comfy and my room was beautifully decorated.

This location is good if you want an affordable hotel that’s walking distance from the canal districts and from the De Pijp neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the room fairly well equipped. Unfortunately we got woken on the first morning, with “do not disturb” on our door, because the hotel plumbing had backed up and the plumbing access was in our room. Not a great start, our shower backed up with water from the sewers and smelled terrible. The hotel did give us a room to shower in for the day which helped and the staff were great. I’d like to have liked this hotel a lot more than we did, unfortunately starting a stay with a plumbing failure affecting the overall stay isn’t going to result in a five-star experience anywhere though.

My room was spotless, the neighborhood was quiet. It was a little far from the center of town, but close to the museums, and the vibe of the neighborhood was really nice and relaxed in a way you can not get in the center of town. The location was absolutely amazing! Walking distance from all the best museums. The staff was incredibly and lots of different restaurants and dinning options around. We didn’t get the breakfast but it looked very traditional and smelled tasty and they had a complimentary bar for coffee and tea as well as water and sparkling water!
