A estadia foi boa. Tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. Anda bastante para chegar ao centro, pois nas proximidades não tem opção de comércio ( dica para quem viaja com criança), eu gosto de caminhar.

Razoável, o quarto que eu fiquei apresentava rachaduras na parede, as luzes do quarto poderiam ser amarelas para serem mais aconchegante, o estacionamento é pequeno e dependendo vc fica preso esperando o manobrista, o Wi-Fi é péssimo. A parte boa do hotel é o café da manhã, o ar gela bastante e os funcionários são super atenciosos e cordiais.

Achei a localização do hotel muito boa. Por fora, é uma gracinha e o atendimento foi bom de um modo geral, principalmente em relação à limpeza. Mas deixou a desejar no quesito conforto. Os quartos são viajamos acompanhados de outras pessoas que reservaram mais dois quartos. Todos saíram insatisfeitos com relação ao tamanho do quarto. O banheiro, apesar de muito limpo, teve infiltração no teto e começou a pingar água no vaso sanitário. O chuveiro elétrico só esquentou no primeiro banho. No segundo, o banho foi frio. Pode ter sido má sorte, mas acho que merece ser registrado. O chuveiro de outro quarto da nossa família também apresentou problemas.

Valor cobrado absurdamente caro, mais de 900 reais a diária, para nos oferecer um quarto totalmente diferente das fotos, as camas apertadas uma colada na outra, o chuveiro quebrado, mas foi solucionado. Porem deveriam ter checado antes o funcionamento antes de alojar os clientes. Chao empoeirado. Cafe da manha simples, nada demais.

Péssimo atendimento, péssima estadia! Quarto sem ventilação com ar condicionado na lateral da cama, no mínimo insalubre! Tentamos solicitar a troca do quarto e não fomos atendidas! Precisamos de muita conversa para devolverem parte do nosso valor e ainda assim, devolveram o valor errado. Não volto e não recomendo. Café da manhã horrível!

Foi uma boa estadia. Mas teve seus contratempos: primeiro o quarto não estava liberado as 14 hrs. Segundo o chuveiro estava queimado. E terceiro, o quarto ficou bem sujo devido ao conserto do chuveiro e limparam, mas não trocaram a toalha de chao suja. Mas a equipe foi atenciosa.
