"Charming stay in a tranquil countryside. We were welcomed warmly with a delicious snack by Silvestro when we arrived. Silvestro made the most delicious breakfast for our family every morning with local meats, cheeses, fruits and egg frittata with fresh squash blossoms. This was the best breakfast we had on our whole vacation. The location was amongst olive groves down a narrow picturesque dirt road. It was conveniently located to drive to Alberobello, Monopoli and Polignano al Mare. Driving at night can be a bit tricky and not for the faint of heart as is driving in all of Italy! We would definitely stay here again for the peace and quiet and delicious food and warm hospitality provided by Sylvestro!"

"The front desk staffer named Rosana was exquisite! She was very accommodating and extremely helpful. She has an absolute gift for hospitality and she made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast buffet was also incredible! It had such a great variety of foods from local providers, that it was hard to decide each morning what to eat! Our only negative was that the AC wasn’t very good. Our room was too warm as well as the gym had no AC."

"Perfect hotel! (And I rarely say that) Free parking across the street is a bonus for when you’re out all day exploring or at the beach and just want to come back and relax and have dinner later. Walking distance to center of town. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and professional staff there to help you with all your needs including the reception, servers, spa attendants, and the maids. The spa was very reasonably priced and incredibly relaxing - try the “percorso” which is a little bit of everything. And last but not least the breakfast was abundant and even varied a little each day. Will return here next time I am in Puglia."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."
