We loved our stay at this property! The only complaint we had was a weird and loud clicking sound that our AC made thru night. Staff seems like they are very responsive and it was reported at check-out. I’m sure it will be taken care of! The restaurant on property was OUTSTANDING and the location of this hotel cannot be beat. Staff were amazing and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at the Richemont Hotel in historic downtown Charleston. The hotel has a beautiful design that perfectly fits the charm and character of the city. Initially, we chose this property for the location because it is so central to all of the attractions everything is walkable and all the great shopping on King Street is just around the corner. We were very happy to find it was such a wonderful property. Certainly provided for all of our necessities and then some. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing enjoyable visit to Charleston.
