Workers keep this place clean. Good customer service. No fridge or microwave in the room was my only complaint. Great breakfast selection. Young lady serving breakfast very kind and sweet.

I was very happy with our stay. Devon at the front desk made sure our stay was what we expected and more! He was very polite and patient and a true definition of amazing customer service! I was very unhappy … got to my room in the basement … My tv didn’t work … There was no phone in the room to call the front desk .. i had to cook the steps cuz the elevator didn’t work .. I told the front desk he said he was coming .. he never came .. so i had to stay the night without a tv .. also there was hair in my bed

I had a room in the basement. Asked to be change room I was told it’s fully booked. I think migrants were staying at the hotel. I will never stay at any Wyndham properties again.

Horrible at First
Horrible at first! There was an awful smell in the room. I found meat in the refrigerator that smelt like it was there for months. I had to keep the door open! My sister had to complain for me because I was too upset! Front desk finally changed my room. The room on the first floor is not great. Let them know that you want an upper floor when you're checking on. All in all it was an okay experience. I will not be back though.

For the location and price, this was a good hotel for our family. Seven minute walk from the train station. Internet; breakfast were good. The staff was friendly. The hotel does need some maintenance, but nothing that impacted us heavily. Great pizza place nearby also.
