Loved this hotel due to it’s accessibility to a lot of shops and restaurants. No problem with staff and their courtesy. The only off putting feature is the oud - it can be overpowering to the nose. Some people don’t mind it others do especially if they have allergies. The hotel strives to improve their facilities i hope they will modernize the phones in the room as it tends to cut ofd the signal; maybe check light fixtures as well since our light bulb had to be replaced. Maybe with the transition to Millenium this hotel can be updated in terms of room fixtures and tv.
