4 star hotel, 3 star service
The hotel itself is very nice. Comfortable and clean although located next to a busy street. It's just a short walk to the town centre so it lies in a central location. The problem was with the parking. I was told on check-in that I could park in the hotel parking if I'm a hotel resident. Both the security guard and the check-in assistant did not inform me that it is paid parking. She stamped my car parking ticket on check-in and said that was it. However, on check-out, another receptionist told me I'd have to pay 50 zloty. At no time was I informed of this before check-out. Likewise payment was needed if you use the relax zone, spa, etc. I didn't use this but didn't think it was great that these amenities cost extra for hotel guests. Breakfast was good with a large selection but no eggs. I was the first one there in the morning and asked if there are not any eggs and was told that they put them out when more people are present later in the morning not at the start. However the kitchen staff were kind enough to go get them for me. Overall it is a 4 star but with really 3 star sevice.
