The staff was amazing. The hotel was in a good location. The room and facilities were pretty clean, there were a few insects here and there, but it’s an outdoor resort so it’s to be expected. The pool and views are great!! I went during the CAD lantern festival so they had so many activities. The food options were average for me, I’m not a huge fan of buffet style, but if you have a family or are not picky it might be worth it! Transportation arrangements did get a little lost in translation that were arranged with the hotel. I would suggest double checking car size and confirmations. Other than that a wonderful stay and hospitality was amazing!

Breakfast was goodost of the time. There were times that the rice was hard unfortunately. I only ever got rice, French toast and eggs so that was really disappointing. Staff was nice but took them 2 days to finally replace the sheets on my bed. Also wifi stopped working for me. Also my room was in a terrible location. Right next to a maintenance closet. Most mornings I was woken up by staff banging around in that closet.

I loved how many plants surrounded the hotel grounds it felt like it was a peaceful jungle paradise while I was there. The morning buffet was also different everyday and it was so tasty. Some things were closed off like the second pool close to the S lodge building. The room was great but had small issues that the staff took care of fast.
