Our stay here was amazing! Although we were only here for one night, we wish we got to stay longer. The building, rooms, and staff are all lovely. This is in very close proximity to Gardaland and Movieland for some fun day trips. We would absolutely recommend!

Great stay if you are visiting Gardaland, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The included buffet breakfast was outstanding! My only complaint is that if you use the pool, you just rent towels and purchase swim caps.

Staff was great and so was the hotel. Very comfortable clean and nice room. Perhaps a little over priced for my opinion. Recommend you hire a car to get around if traveling around Garda as taxi can result expensive as it’s a bit away from center.

Big disappointment.
One of these places where you are treated as a number, not a guest. Nobody cares if you are there since they have guests anyway. Biggest upset was the closed pool at 29 degrees sunny weather. You wrote it in the description, fair enough but what’s the point closing the pool so much earlier? It doesn’t even need to be heated but would have been nice to cool down. 190€ per night in off season is overpriced. With friendly staff and an open pool it would have been okay. Tons of places around where you feel more welcome than here. Clearly not coming back.

A good hotel, but with a great disappointment.
This is our second time at this hotel. The staff at the dining hall is not frienldly at all, pretty messy, not well oraganized. Lack of man power. They accuse the guests with their faults. The prepaid dinner does not include any water or beverages!!! Be aware, and do not order anything there. They will charge a lot of money for that! Awful sercive of the managment that doen't care! The reception desk is helpful and very kind snd polite. Mattresses are too soft, and should be changed. Rooms are clean.

Nichts Besonderes
Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig, nichts Besonderes. Sehr beliebt bei Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war bei uns inkludiert, können es aber absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Kaum Gesundes (nur Croissants, Kuchen usw.). Andere Gäste hatten Pancakes am Teller, uns wurde gesagt diese seien bereits aufgegessen und werden auch nicht mehr nachgemacht (es war 9 Uhr, Frühstück geht bis 10). Am nächsten Tag an dem wir extra noch früher zum Frühstück gingen, gab es wieder keine Pancakes, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die kein Wort Englisch (oder Deutsch) verstehen - zumindest Englisch erwarte ich in einem Hotelleriebetrieb - meinten, Pancakes gäbe es nur am Sonntag (es war auch am Vortag an dem andere Gäste welche hatten nicht Sonntag). Wir haben uns schon veräppelt gefühlt. Kommen nicht wieder.
