The B & B is well located near bus and tram stops. Kelven welcomed us warmly. The couple of off street parking spaces were full so we had to park at the back, accessed by a VERY narrow lane, especially as we were in a hire car. Due to internal security, we had to either walk round the vehicle laneway or find the owners to let us through to get to our car. The room was compact but comfortable while breakfast was very comprehensive. Checkout was at what we think of as the early time of 10 am....
