"Breakfast and evening meal very good but hotel in desparate need of refurb. Paid extra for sea view but wind blowing gutters so loud we had to change rooms. Moved to similar room but so dated, so worn out, so sad. Not good value at all."

"Room was very clean, spacious and warm, staff very friendly especially Callum, only stayed room only but asked about 4pm if I could book for dinner which they did and it was plentiful and really good, location was great right on sea front and the price was great stayed for 3 nights and slept well."

" Room was clean. Breakfast was excellant. The hotwl has rececntly been taken over. Daishs ledt it in a poor state. New owner trying hard to get things running well. Staff were brilliant. Friendly. Advantage of having parking space on the fro t. Will be back again when we want to see a show"

"The entrance is not very secure. Anyone could get into the hotel. The stairs to reception are very tired, stained carpet, needs a makover. Had an issue with my room, the staff moved me to a new room straight away. The room was fine, clean bedding, good pillows, tv, bathroom clean, fluffy towels. Guy on reception was really helpful. The entrance and stairs really let the hotel down. Its in a really good location overlooking the sea. But was a bit noisy from nearby pubs, but nothing major."
