Amazing location decent interior but no windows or AC made it somewhat stuffy but for its location it’s impossible to beat!

2/10 Poor

The staff is friendly. without his help, no way to find the garage. however, 1. The hotel is very old, very small, the room is very hot. 2. very difficult to find the garage. 3. unsafe room. I was hurt in the room. In middle night, siren loudly in the room, I tried to escape and hit the table due to tiny space in the room. the hurt affected my overall trips. The worst hotel in my life tome, extremely bad experience. Avoid this hotel in any ways.

Pro: Hotel is in great location, right in the center of town. Cons: Hotel does not have on-site parking, parking garage (need key access) is two blocks away and since the main street is closed, there is no street parking in front so bringing in luggage is a struggle. Staff does help when needed. Also there is no AC in the building, my room was over 30C (about 90F) both nights.

lots of street noise (partying) until 3am. Towels were very worn. They put our towels back on the rack, but didn't make our bed.

Location is great as it right on Banff avenue and you can walk to all the places, however you have to park in the adjacent garage as hotel doesn’t have any parking. Rating it as 3 because the towel in the bathroom was worn and torn. I have been traveling for 30 years and have never seen this thing in any of the hotels even the cheaper ones.

It was okay not great parking is an issue until you check in but with Banff ave closed to cars it's difficult. The room is small and the bed was very uncomfortable. The ceiling fan was covered in dust so we didn't want to turn it on.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. The place was fairly clean but could be better: The only issue we noticed was that our screen was gone from our window and all though staff came to fix it, they didn’t use a screen that fit. So we found ourselves having to close our window when the building has no AC. Other then that the area was so convenient and beautiful. No shortage of places to see, restaurants, shops etc. I would recommend this place for anyone but maybe not kids as the walls are super thin and you can hear everything.

No parking close by. Property has a run down appearance. It’s clean but since we stayed her five years ago, it’s age is really showing. It’s convenient but that is about it. Very disappointed

Great deal!
Exactly what we needed. Rooms are extremely small, but we were only spending the night, so space wasn’t a priority for us! Super comfy bed, and right on the main drag. Definitely an older building, but we didn’t mind for the price. I don’t know if I’d stay here in the summer, as the rooms don’t have air conditioning and I’m sure those small rooms get hot fast.

You get what you pay for...
Location is convenient but having to park to blocks away in a different building while staying in a run down hotel with very little service makes this a fail for a couples get away. pay the extra 100$ and stay anywhere else. This is a busy stop rest stop type motel downtown in any city type place

Affordable and central in Banff
The hotel is centrally located on Banff ave making it convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room are old and the hotel is showing her age but the bed is comfortable and the room has all the amenities needed to make your stay pleasant.
