We have fond memories of our stay at the El-Farida; after a few days, we became acquainted with its operations – from reception to breakfast service – and made a conscious effort not to overburden the staff with our requests. It's worth noting that the owner is genuinely committed to service quality. While he may not directly oversee every aspect, his influence is evident. Younger receptionists sometimes seem hesitant in their interactions with foreign guests, for example, it took them three days discussing the malfunctioning television in our room. However, the seasoned employees exhibit a commendable dedication, often compensating for any shortcomings. Nonetheless, everyone on staff is remarkably helpful and adept at addressing guests' needs.
Shampoo, shower gel, soap, and towels are available in the bathroom, and the air conditioning is dual-function, allowing you to raise the room temperature in winter (although it was unnecessary in February). Cattle is available upon request at the reception desk.
