    Luxury at the Pyramids

Probably the BEST place to stay in Cairo, especially for first-times with very little time. We treated ourselves to a pyramids view room and were so glad we did. Spectacular. The bed was very comfortable, the staff so friendly and helpful, the breakfast next-level amazing, and the hotel very secure.

  • 8.0.Very good

Hotel didn't have a travel map of Cairo, staff were not able to give accurate open and close times of attractions due to Ramadan. Otherwise staying within the confinds of the hotel walls is excellent

It’s hard to impress me but Marriott did this time! If you visit Giza or Cairo I would not recommend staying anywhere but Marriott. Just the view itself of the pyramids from the hotel is phenomenal. Very safe and feels like a luxury resort!

    Unacceptable Service

Great facilities but very disappointing service. The hotel personnel abuses the tourists and management seems to be not aware of what goes on. Such dissatisfaction for a stay that otherwise could have been wonderful. This is simply unacceptable for such an international brand to let it happen, as seems to be the norm across all Egypt.

    Absolute bliss!

I wish I could have stayed longer! Centrally located, walked to the pyramids (interrupted by scammers so watch out, don’t believe anything people on the streets tell you). Breakfast was amazing, service top notch! Truly 5 stars service from check in to servers to all attendants, consistently great services, kudos to trainers! Cleanliness was COVID approved! No need to worry about COVID, the room was immaculate. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful hotel but not very clean

The hotel is beautiful and we'll situated, but not very clean. There was urine on the toilet seat and all door handles were very dirty. During covid Marriott could do a lot better.
