Fantastic service
On the Hotel.com website we had booked a two room condo with an ocean view. When we arrived we found that we had a lovely two bedroom standalone house but no ocean view. This was a major disappointment because that is why we booked in the first place. We had a great discussion with the local Seaside Homes manager and we discovered that there was a mistake on the Hotels.com site. The manager was fantastic however and put us in the Condo that we thought that we had booked originally, which was essentially an upgrade. As we doubled checked our booking prior to confirming it and went back to the Hotels.com site to prove that it stated an ocean view, I think that Hotel.com should review their site. They should also compensate Vacation Homes.
