Fantastic three night stay at this lovely guest house. Room was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. As well as a well stocked tea/coffee tray there is a fridge and safe in the room. Owners were very friendly and more than happy to suggest sights to visit whilst I the area. Breakfast was tasty and a great start to the day.

I stayed 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was spacious with comfortable bed, good choices for breakfast, and the hosts Janet & Peter couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating. I will definitely return when back in South Shields. Highly recommend the owners where welcoming and friendly on arrival told where me all the local places to visit where. My room was very clean towels laid out nicely a nice little touch of some posh chocolates left on top. Good selection of tea and coffee as well as a bottle of fresh milk and even a cafetiere and some fresh ground coffee in the room which is a lovely little touch you dont get in chain hotels. Breakfast was really good loads of choice and cooked fresh. I would highly recommend you stay here i will definitely staying again.

I loved my stay here. The room was great, and there were luxurious little touches everywhere - fresh milk and proper coffee in the room, handmade chocolates, crisp white linen on such a comfortable bed, and the and the biggest, fluffiest towels. Breakfast was superb - everything such high quality and a great choice. Janet and Peter were friendly, professional, helpful, and gave great suggestions about where to go in the local area.

What a really lovely and excellent B&B, stayed in a few in the area but this is by far the best one. Excellent spacious room with additional extra touches. Well worth a visit.

The room was a good size and very clean. Tea, coffee and fresh milk were provided in the room. Owners are friendly and very welcoming. I’ve stayed in various places in South Shields over the years and this was easily the best. Will definitely go back.
