We had the best time and stay at Chessington! As a family we loved seeing the animals of the evening with other hotel guests. The only thing I would say is we were never told to book for breakfast or dinner I think this is something that should be said at check in. There was some damage in our room too but it didn’t affect our stay and this was mentioned to our hotel receptionist. We were guttered about the splash pool being shut also. Hotel staff were friendly and made us feel like there was no trouble asking for anything. We can’t wait to visit again.

Chessington the park itself was good. Staff both in park and hotel friendly and helpful. Room really disappointing. Tv didn’t work. Tried to watch on tablet instead but once battery ran out can’t charge to continue watching because of how the socket is placed by the bedside table. Was tired out so couldn’t face the bother of trying to resolve or potentially have to move rooms. So both of us went to bed at 8. Don’t use the Aztec explorers room… can’t charge anything next to your bedside.
