Beautiful and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary water and tea/coffee is included in the room, which is very nice. Our only problem is that they dont have king size beds :)

The location is good if you’re going to attend a Trade Show at the Messe, you are one stop away by tram. All beds are extremely small, the double room is consists of two beds put together. Breakfast is descent, the lobby bar it’s part of the reception area.

The hotel had everything we needed for a business trip to Frankfurt. The staff were unfailingly helpful at every turn. The immediate location lis fairly run down and urban, but it's very close indeed to transport links, and in fact we walked each day to the Messe

Nice Hotel, clean, friendly staff and close to the Messe. However our air conditioner did not work well most of the time leaving the room very hot. The shower did some funky things where the hot water would shut off after a few minutes, the door handle on the bathroom door kept falling off and the freight train would wake us up a number of times each night. However for the price the condition of the hotel was good and with a location we would stay again on a business trip.
