My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay with Bob. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be coming back. Communication was excellent, the room had everything we needed (and more!) and the area was quite close to a grocery shop, the metro and different cafes/restaurants.

This hotel is a complete scam! They provided me with a code to access both the hotel and my room. My two children and I arrived late at night to find the hotel under construction and eerily abandoned, which terrified my children. The room I entered using their code was filthy, and essential items like toilet paper and towels were missing. I had to secure the door, and while my children slept, I found another hotel and moved there first thing in the morning. When I sent a complaint email, they dismissed me by claiming I had entered the wrong room (which wasn't the case, as the code worked for both the main door and the room) and suggested I go to a different floor (despite the entire building being deserted). Avoid this place at all costs!

Nice apartment and facilities
Nice apartment with great facilitate. Communication with “Bob” was nice, quick and informative. I was traveling for business purposes and for this, were the location okay. I am not sure if this would be my “go-to” location if I we traveling as tourist to Amsterdam.
