I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff was at this hotel. First of all, it is centrally located within Florence and easy to get to so many restaurants and attractions. But that’s not why I am writing this review. I am writing this review because the staff was outstanding in their support and friendliness and making sure our trip was amazing. I will go back again and again.

Close to Florence attractions and train station

Easily walkable to all main attractions in Florence as well as the main train station. The staff is very nice, let us check in early to our room, gave us a complimentary room upgrade on arrival, and helped take our bags up to our room. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress brought us fresh coffee to our liking. There are a ton of restaurant and shopping options in the area.
