Disappointed!
There was no reply to my email written 4 days before arrival.
I didn’t receive email regarding key etc.
I had to call them once in Wrocław, it took long time to wait for an answer.
It was difficult to find front door, not clear instructions.
The lift was not working and I had to take a large suitcase to the 3rd floor then after 2 nights bring it down.
The floors were not properly cleaned (dust and bits on the floor).
Mattress was hollow when sat down, must be very old!
Blond to balcony couldn’t be closed.
There was no tea towel nor paper towels in the kitchen area.
Otherwise, good spot, convenient for public transport.
