Just have some communication issue at check-in where we need to show the guest’s registration to the security in the front desk, but then we contacted the apartment and quickly sent over the paper works. And also the front entrance required finger print to get in, which we are not notified with the check-in instruction. Otherwise the check-in process can be smoother.
