This is a great property within easy walking to the center of Firenze. The rooms are large with a nice bathroom. Our shower was small, but manageable. The upstairs room had a larger shower. They are really quite nice and our host was very helpful. Multiple evening dining options a short walk away with an excellent breakfast right down on the corner. Parking is tight inside the gated area, but again manageable and very secure. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay, the owners are so nice. Our first night we went out to dinner and just happened to say we would look for a grocery store that had ice. All the stores were closed but when we got back there was a note saying “l’ve put a bag of ice in the freezer “. So nice. Gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Easy walk into old Florence, would definitely stay again and will tell all of our friends. Even came out and waved goodbye to us when we left. 💙

Ottima posizione appena fuori la ztl a 20 min a piedi da ponte vecchio. Grande disponibilità e cordialità dei proprietari. Ottime condizioni di pulizia di stanza e parti comuni. Uniche 2 pecche: il letto matrimoniale non era un vero matrimoniale ma 2 singoli uniti; insonorizzazione delle stanze quasi nulla: non so se perché eravamo in una stanza comunicante tramite una porta chiusa a chiave ma sentivamo tutti i rumori e le voci dei vicini di stanza, come immagini ci sentissero loro. Fatte queste premesse è un posto dove tornerei assolutamente a pernottare perché i pro sono sicuramente maggiori dei contro. Proverei soltanto a chiedere una stanza più insonorizzata, magari non al piano terra.

We chose this hotel mainly because it had parking and was close to the center of the city without being in the zona traffico limitato. The hotel is gated and has a small parking lot so we felt very safe with our car there. The building is beautiful/historic with tall ceilings. It was easy to walk from the hotel to the main attractions of the city. Angela welcomed us and pointed out some restaurants including some breakfast spots within a couple blocks. Overall very nice stay!

Very quiet, pretty, secure and super up kept property. Rooms kept so nice and clean. We were greeted at checkin and given so much information and assistance to which we were very grateful. No coffee in rooms but an amazing cafe a 2 min walk away. We were a 20 min walk to Downtown along the river so very pleased about that. Lots of restaurants within an 10 min walk. Great to have parking and not have to worry about driving in the city. We would come back and recommend this place.

Great place to stay, especially if you have a car. The free parking is a BIG bonus in Florence. Very nice rooms and HUGE by Florence standards. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside is that it’s about a 25 minute walk to the center of the city (Duomo -Ponte Vecchio). But a very nice stroll along the river 😃. Grazie Mille!

Good place to stay in Florence

Location of the hotel could not be better. Everything that Florence can offer is either within walking distance or a few bus stops away. Bus services is great! The room was clean and very well maintained. Secured free parking space was a huge plus for those who travel by car as Florence does not have convenient parking lots or garages. Bathroom had a bathtub; so when you take a shower water splashes around as there were no shower curtains or doors around bathtub. Every time you take a shower bathroom floor is covered with water... that was quite inconvenient. AirConditioning in the room was ok, but no AC in the bathroom. WIFI in the room was advertised but did not work, very weak internet connection. WIFI worked in the reception area.
