距離車站很近，附近也有便利商店、超市、商場等，算是方便。相對的，在房間會聽到電車行駛的聲音，請自行斟酌。 畢竟是商旅，浴室和房間空間有限，若是大尺寸行李箱可能很難全開。 房間清潔為4天一次，入住時會告知下次清潔時間，每天會提供新的睡衣和毛巾以及垃圾袋。設施整體還蠻新的，房間燈光可調亮度非常好，可惜的是吹風機是固定的，只能在一個小範圍內使用。 一樓有24H自助洗衣以及販賣機、飲水機，房間沒有保險箱(不知其他房型有沒有) 櫃檯人員很親切。

部屋も綺麗で、空調も良く聞いて、照明も、調光が出来てよかった。シャワーもお湯がたっぷり出て、頭上からのシャワーもあってよかった。ちょうしょも冷製スープもあり、混ぜご飯のおにぎりも、食べやすかった。せっかくの、ポンパドウルのパンは保温してくれるか、トースターが使えるともっと美味しく食べれたのが、残念なところでした。部屋は、新しく綺麗で快適に過ごせました。
