I can only rate this as average due to it's dated look. Never seen a motel with a serving hatch in the front wall. Bed was comfortable and clean . Bring your own coffee, the free stuff is horrible

Disappointing
I have stayed in budget accommodation before, but this was by far the worst for cleanliness. The screens on the bathroom windows are broken and the windows cannot be closed so we had mosquitoes throughout our stay. The rooms smelled extremely musty and strong cigarette smell. Lots of dust on shelves, vents, air condition (which blows directly onto the kitchen sink/food prep area). Pool was filthy too. The owners need to ensure a thorough cleaning is being done and fix up broken screens. Thankfully the bed was clean.

The motel is clean and in general suitable for the budget, the staff is friendly, check-in, out so quick and easy. I just don't like the poor insulation, you could hear your neighbour using the bathroom.
