I needed a room at the last minute, and Tensein Annex came through nicely when other places were already full. Not only did I get an excellent place to sleep for the night, but I learned that they have public bath on the tenth floor that uses water from a source in Hakone. This communal bath has an open air section that looks out over Odawara Castle. A truly memorable experience, I will treasure it always.

Room condition is great. The bed is comfortable and the area is large for a single bed room. Location is very convenient and the path is covered which there is not much problem when raining outside.
