We received a very warm welcome from Tanya who was friendly and helpful. However, this B&B is not for guests with mobility problems - 58 steps to the rooms with no lift and having to lug suitcases was not easy. Our room was very small although we did have a private bathroom. Breakfast disappointing - no fresh fruit, only pre-packed food and very cramped conditions - no room to eat if accommodation is full, poor if you have tours booked and need to get out early. Hotel description of kitchen area in units is misleading. The kitchen area could be used but hot water had to be heated in the microwave, no kettle. We knew accommodation was expensive in Rome but thought we would get a little more for our money in terms of space and tea making facilities.
On a positive note, the accommodation was very clean and had air conditioning which was very welcome. The B&B is ideal if you just want somewhere to sleep with no frills.
Location is excellent, 1 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 5 min walk to Pantheon, 8 min walk to Piazza Navona, 20 mins to Colesseum, walkable distance to Vatican City.
I would book again because of the cleanliness and the location but my husband wouldn't.
