Hotel is very nice, especially if you love the original architecture and built of the building. The pastries were not very fresh but overall the breakfast was okay. The staff were very nice and helpful. The shower was sometimes hard to get the temperature correct, but it was overall manageable. The location is superb! It is close to everything and made it easy to get anywhere. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The front desk gave us some very good restaurant recommendations. We would recommend this hotel!

Yes the view! Nor free coffee nor water, just a mini bar to buy, luckily its super central and next door there is a super market. the staff was very helpul and there is a lift. over all is a good hotel, not great at least for the price. (you obviously pay for the view and location not for the amenities), the bathroom is sliperry and a bit dangerous and there are 2 steps, the windows where surrounded by pidgeons poo (not that is unavoidable but clearly its not been clean or perhpas use that room for a while before we arrived), the mosquito plug was emty and dusty (so again that room is not often in use but seems no one check it before we got there) any way, Florence is an amazing city and the panoramic city room had good space so it wasn't bad, but there is a lot of room for inprovement that is all.
