Our stay at the Ginori al Duomo was fantastic. The rooms were cleaned meticulously every morning and often right after we left our room, which is a rarity with hotels. The best part of the hotel however, is the excellent staff. Each member was extremely helpful, but one in particular (Clara, I believe) checked us in and out, gave us every bit of information and help we could ask for and was very courteous. Her restaurant recommendations were also excellent. Would absolutely stay here again upon a revisit to Firenze.

Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The location is perfect, we were able to walk from train station and to all the amazing attractions Florence has to offer. When we first checked in, the woman who welcomed us was so kind and gave us many great tips on how to explore the city! The wine cellar was a fun experience as well! Overall a great stay, would recommend, the staff were excellent!
