Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The location is perfect, we were able to walk from train station and to all the amazing attractions Florence has to offer. When we first checked in, the woman who welcomed us was so kind and gave us many great tips on how to explore the city! The wine cellar was a fun experience as well! Netflix annoncé sur site mais au bout de 2 jours de demande le responsable annonce que les téléviseurs sont trop vieux pour avoir netflix dessus ! 1er janvier 7h45 ménage dans les couloirs et les chambres ! Le soir a 20h passage de l'aspirateur dans les couloirs ! Hotel complet profitant du fait de la localisation à 5mn du Dôme. Personnel sympatique mais ne peut faire des miracles ! Petit dejeuner correct. Une honte de faire payer ce prix aux clients jardin sur un escalier yx
