Very helpful front desk. Great air conditioning in a clean room. The only drawback was a flight of stairs from the street to the check in desk. Ideal location for seeing Florence

8/10 Very good

Great location, only a few minutes walk from both the Duomo and Santa Maria Novela train station. Simple continental breakfast but does the job. Staff were attentive and helpful. The room was nice for us as day travelers. If you’re doing a short trip to Florence, I would highly recommend this hotel. Also fantastic restaurant just next door with very good wait staff and DELICIOUS food

10/10 Exceptional

Nice clean rooms with a big bathroom. AC works well, especially in this heat. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is light but enough to fill you to start your day. No elevator, but I knew that and takes a little muscle to get a large bag up. My only complaint is the bed. It is very hard, like sleeping on a 2x4. I woke several times through the night with hip pain. We stayed 2 nights and don't think we could have tolerated many more nights of that bed. It's unfortunate because the hotel and location are great otherwise.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was very clean, and we were able to check in much earlier than the official check-in time. The staff were extremely friendly and considerate, especially the receptionist, who went above and beyond to help us with everything and was always willing to assist and give us directions. The hotel also offers secure luggage storage, which was very helpful after we checked out. Since we had extra time before leaving the city, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel and continue exploring without carrying our bags. The location is fantastic—it's within walking distance of the Duomo, excellent restaurants, and all the main attractions. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and of excellent quality.

This hotel was perfect for us; very well located in the middle of many restaurants and some night life (not too much). Hotel room and bathroom very clean, breakfast was nicely served and hotel staff very nice. I would definitely recommend it.
