Everyone was really nice and helpful. Starting with Leo and all the Ladies in the staff (from Peru and Cuba). The room was comfy and clean, the breakfast was really good, Cornettos, Ham, Cheese, Coffee, juice, eggs, etc etc etc. And the location is great, a couple of minutes walk to Mercato Centrale and a few minutes to everywhere.

The location was perfect for us- the hotel was close to the train station, Galleria Academia, Piazza del Duomo, Uffizi Gallery. We love the daily breakfast! The lady in the kitchen is always smiling and making sure that we have a good breakfast. All the gentlemen at the desk are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy each night we came home from our excursions.
