We chose it for convenience and location and it delivered that way. But it is a 2 star hotel so we were mindful of that… we opened the balcony door and a cockroach went in our room… while chasing it to kill it we moved the beds/ and notice how stained the mattress was and the wood panels on the box ( base) were broke in some areas making the mattress sink a bit. The furniture is very dated and cheap but the linens were very clean as was the room.

The hotel wasn’t our first choice, but we got relocated here by Expedia’s team after our first location didn’t honour our booking. It’s definitely geared towards traveller with a smaller budget in mind. Property is well located, it’s an easy walk to Florence’s city center and is surrounded by a gold mine of restaurants and stores. That being said, the electricity cut out 3 times during our 4 night stay, and we needed to climb up 2 narrow and tall staircases ( 5 flights total ) to get to our room. So be prepared to carry up and down your luggages, there are no elevators. Nevertheless, the staff was always helpful, and always acted quickly to restore the power. They leave an emergency number at the lobby desk for after hours and help came when we called.

Piccolo Hotel has a great location, all Florence's main attractions are just a short walk away. Room was decent, with very clean bedding. Overall, our expectations were met and Piccolo Hotel can be recommended, especially to those emphasising good location over room amenities. We cannot comment on breakfast, since we did not use it. Perhaps the owner should improve communication with customers: our two messages sent to the hotel went unanswered. That was our only objection.

There is no Wifi. We talked to the staff who tried to link us to the wifi, still not working once you go to your room. No enough soap/body wash. The AC is not working. Location is good but it is definitely not a hotel to stay for more than a night.

L'hôtel est vieillot. On voit des signes de vétusté un peu partout (plafond bricolé,fil électrique à l'entrée de l'immeuble, parquet qui s'enfonce au 1er étage avec risque d'entorse,....). Porte d'entrée ne ferme pas (le digicode ne sert donc à rien). La porte de l'étage ne ferme pas non plus. J'ai eu des doutes sur la propreté de la literie. J'ai eu la mauvaise idée de regarder sous le lit en partant du logement... je ne suis pas un furieux du ménage chez moi donc je sais bien, vu la quantité de poussière, que ça n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis plusieurs mois ou années. Je n'ai pas eu envie de tester le petit déjeuner. J'ai préféré le prendre dans les commerces aux alentours. Ça ne vaut pas le prix demandé même si c'est Florence. Prix surévalué. Également. Pas d'accueil après 20h. Obligé d'aller faire le checkin et de prendre la clé dans un autre hôtel à 3 minutes à pieds. Tout semble géré à l'économie. Un détail encore: la porte d'entrée n'est assez large pour entrer avec une valise sans passer de côté. Je ne me suis pas servi des équipements ayant des doutes. Ma chambre donnait sur un une cour intérieure. La fenêtre était opaque. Aucune luminosité. Seul point positif: proche des centres d'intérêt de Florence

Kan absolut ikke anbefales. Det er et billigt hotel, men alligevel dyrere end det er værd. Opgang der lugter af urin, beskidt og faldefærdig. Senge der er ulidelige at sove i, grundet slitage. Deres wifi er ikke eksisterende. Morgenmaden består af to forskellige former for tør toastbrød med kedelig ost og skinke. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse.

Kötü bir otel deneyimi

Çok konforsuz bir otel. Odada ne bir su ısıtıcı ne bir mini buzdolabı ne bir bardak su hiçbir şey yoktu. Duş ve tuvaletler inanılmaz derece kötü ve küçüktü, duş perdesi naylon bir örtüydü, tuvalet o kadar sıkışık arada kalmıştı ki oturmak imkansızdı. Eski ve çok gürültülüydü, klima vardı fakat çok gürültülü çalışıyordu. Kısaca otelin Merkeze yakınlığı dışında hiçbir olumlu tarafı yoktu.

Eenvoudig maar prima hotel in het centrum

Geen luxe maar prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een goede hygiëne. Er is geen lift maar de kamers met prima bedden, liggen op de eerste en tweede etage maar is goed te doen. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Wij hadden er een prettig verblijf mede door de eigenaar en het vriendelijke personeel, die graag goede adviezen geven.

まず、言わないとハウスキーピングしてくれないため、同じバスタオルを何度も使いました。従業員はいい人ですが、能力が低く、一人でブレーカーを上げることができませんでした。そして、エアコンのフィルターを全く掃除していないため、毎回使った後に床に水たまりができ、床もぶかぶかになっていました。エアコンのパワーも弱く、夜は寝苦しかったです。トイレの水も流れず、不快な思いをしました。
