This was a very difficult stay. The room reeked of cigarettes, someone had pulled the smoke detectors off the wall and hidden them up on some shelves, the sheets and pillows had stains all over them, and there was other peoples’ hair and other unnamable things on the beds as if the sheets had never been washed and the beds had never been remade. I understand this was a budget motel, but no one should have to endure that even for the price paid.

We were here for a weekend of circus. Circus World Museum and the parade were great. This motel was in town and made it easy to do all the things we wanted to do and have a safe and comfortable place to come back to. Baraboo is a beautiful, peaceful little town. We may come back for the county fair in July!

American Road Trip

Second last night on our road trip through Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin. This Motel might be a little “tired” but it was the perfect place to stay and the staff were very kind and helpful. We walked from the Motel down to the river walk, had a drink in the distillery, then went into town for dinner. A great one night stay.

The location is great for me . I take 3 to 4 business trips to the area a year . I always stay here . The stay is simple and easy . Their is 2 breakfast restaurants very close by . Other restaurants for lunch and dinner close by . The hotel is clean . Parking is easy . The beds are fine . No complaints
