The carpet was wet in my room. I told the front desk, when i noticed it (wet sock), about 30 minutes after I was in it. She just said "thank you for letting us know, we will look at it after you check out". No offer to change my room, nothing. I told the man at the desk in the morning, and he agreed I should have been offered another room. Said he would speak to her. Also the soft water is awful, tastes oily. I could not drink it, not even as coffee. They did not offer me a receipt, and when I called after I got home, they wouldn't email me a copy. After I said I would give a bad review, she asked me for my email.
