6/10 Good

I booked this hotel specifically because I was going to be there for a while by myself and wanted to possibly sit in the hot tub and enjoy it. The hot tub was basically a warm bath and the maintenance man had to come in and turn the jets on with a pair of pliers because there was no knob on the wall. The room was fine however, there was water damage around the door in the bathroom. I also asked for more towels, but never received those.

I had a relaxing stay. The hotel was beautiful and up to date. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was the breakfast from Arrow 17 did not have gluten free or vegan options.

When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there.
