Will certainly stay again
I would like to start with the Service, it was amazing! The Dip restaurant, Buhi cave bar, and 5 Cien restaurant. We were treated like celebrities. Jun, the bartender at the Dip bar close to the pool was the Best, his female supervisor (I forgot her name) was amazing. The only negatives for me, is the sand on the beaches, its not easy on the feet if you are not used to that type of sand! And my pillow in the room, big king pillow, but flat. We had stayed at the Shangri-la, twice as expensive, the week prior, we enjoyed all aspects of our stay at the Sheraton (accept the pillow and sand) than we did at the Shangri-la. Next time, multiple nights at the Sheraton instead of splitting nights between the 2.

Nice place to stay
Me and my wife enjoyed our 5 night stay, the buffet every night has a lot to choose from. Our server Theresa at 5 Cien deserves a raise she made sure my wife has her gluten free bread as she has auto immune disease she was the best server. At the beach our gal was Jinky she made sure we have piña coladas and towel or whatever we need, both Theresa and Jinky made our stay great due to their kindness and being professional. The amenities like the pool resembles the rice terraces which was super cool. The beach is awesome you can snorkel and see a lot of fish by the shore. I will stay again!

Wifi, swimming gears and canoe are on charge basis!!!!!! Rocky beach not suitable for swim. Limited food options and food are mediocre and not quite fresh. Poor sound insulation, disturbed by noice from corridor. Poor workmanship on interior fittings. Porters are not proactive in helping with luggage. Problems with floor drain (gradient) in shower cubicle causing 1inch of ponding after shower (Room 708). Facing the sun when talking to front desk causing discomfort to eyes! Wearing mask is not mandatory to all staff. Male washroom near swimming pool was a complete mess flooded with urine around urinal.

The place is nice since its new. The F&B staff and pool area staff are excellent! BUT they turn off AC automatically esp in the morning when it is sooo hot! What is this? Trying to save money? The rates are expensive and they do this to us?? How do they justify the rates? The front desk are horrible! So snubby and they dont care who got there first. They just entertain whoever they want first! They are too slow! not much signs to show us where to go. I WOULDN’T recommend this place until they change that automatic AC shutoff!! 😡

Great hotel to stay in, really loved their amenities. Nothing to complain about but it doesn’t really have anything that seperate it the other hotels in the area. Friendly staff, good food, beach is nice. Its brand new so staff still needs a bit of training with their menus. Would maybe come back nxt time im back in cebu if the price is still the same. Also, they still have ongoing construction on their residences so ppl who has the courtyard view might think its an eyesore.
