This was our second stay at the at The Landmark Resort. The new from the 2 bedroom ocean view apartment that were we in was really good. The apartment was very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is located a short walk away from lots of yummy restaurants. The Resort Pool area is very lovely. The pool and Spa is a lovely temputure. We would differently stay at the Landmark Resort again next time we holiday on the Sunshine Coast.

Big room, great view of the beach and close proximity including many shops. Pool and spa popular with mature-aged guests like me and for young families. Warm spa as part of pool setup. Secure undercover parking with everything needing the scan card. A little bit tight with the room replacement items but managed to overcome this little hurdle. If you stay at a good hotel you don’t want stingy as the price covers all.

Landmark was excellent. It is located nicely on the Esplanade with easy access to everything you need. Staff were lovely, pool area excellent and units very clean & well equipped. The only change i would have made, is I would probably book the one bedroom apartment rather than the studio, just for a bit of extra room.

Great location close to everything good around Mooloolaba. Easy check in / out. Good gym & pool. Free parking onsite. Small but nice rooftop area. Good views from there & from some of the rooms. Note housekeeping is not provided but not a problem for our 4 night stay. All washing, drying, wash up etc facilities are provided in need. Good kitchen, crockery & cutlery Friendly staff & good communication before & during the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Landmark Resort. Our two bedroom apartment was very spacious. Our appointment had an amazing view of the beach. All of the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Resort is walking distance from Mooloolaba shops and restaurants. The Pool and spa on Level one was very nice and was a lovely tempuature. We will differently stay at Landmark Resort next time we holiday in Mooloolaba.

I love this hotel. I've stayed here many times. Great spacious rooms with small kitchen overlooking the sea. Excellent open airbbq area and spa on the roof. Great location right in front of the beach with the Maroochydore SLC next door. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants on the promenade along the beach. Thoroughly recommended.

Room 790 - 2 bedroom oceanview upper floors Staff were wonderful, complimentary beach equipment available (this was an awesome inclusion), beds comfy, plenty of room to move around, cosy, big tv with foxtel, wrap around balcony with the best view of sunrise and the beach/ocean. Pool, sauna, spa, gym...undercover parking, this place has everything. Water pressure awesome, nice hot shower...only place I've had a shower while watching the world go by on the beach front. Showing a bit of wear and tear, but place is nearly 30 years old. Fantastic location, walk everywhere...so many food and shopping options on the strip. Loved our stay
