Our first trip T&C and stayed at Alexandra resort. Staff very friendly at beautiful resort. We felt they can change up their food options some. Same menu every night . Also communication of what’s going in resort is pretty poor. This seems to be the consensus of all the people we talked to. We were there Thursday thru the following Thursday and did not get an updated list of what was going on. Our info would show restaurants closed that night but would be open. These are minor problems and would not stop us from returning to the Alexandra. All this considered Alexandra is a very beautiful resort and would not have a problem recommending it to our friends

The bar close to the beach was good. The staff some of them will greet u with a smile others dont while serving you in the breakfast dinning. Makes u abit uncomforta le even when u ask questions. Over all its good.

We loved staying at Alexandra. The dining was fabulous and staff were so personable. It is an easy walk to shopping and to the Thursday night fish fry. Also, access to the sister resort, Blue Haven, was very nice.

This is an incredible resort. The food was excellent and we had no trouble getting into specialty restaurants. All dining was table service except breakfast so no hoards of people in a buffet. The beach was stunning, raked early every morning - more than enough loungers, waiter service for food and drinks on the beach. our room was a 1 bedroom - plentiful soft towels, full size shampoo etc., room made daily. Also has in room washer and dryer and fridge with cold drinks stocked daily. The staff could have not have been more accommodating. Shout out to Skyers at the Coconut Bar who kept us "loose on the goose". Great team on the free watersports who took us sailing and had all the toys readily available. Also took a ride ( free shuttle) to the sister resort - but a manmade beach and not as pretty. This is not a party palace - it was exactly what we needed, fantastic service, off the charts food and that incredible beach... bucket list check. BTW - we walked up to the Beaches resorts - chatted to some guests there... beach is not nearly as nice, guests not happy with picked over Buffets... and slammed with lots of small children... we felt like the only guests as we were treated so well. you will not be disappointed at this resort !
