This feedback is not a criticism but an opportunity to improve. The breakfast area is uninviting. The lack of warmth and the cold metal chairs are just not what customers want. The cost of two nights was $1300 and our room lacked any “resort” style finishings. We had a studio apartment with our daughter sleeping on the pull out lounge which was great but we could see where the TV had been removed from our sleeping area and we had to stream on our phones with very poor wifi. In our bathroom was a storage cupboard when we opened it all the items(mop, fan, broom, heater) all fell out as we opened the door and looked as though it had been thrown in there in a hurry. The resort is looking old and tired. Team are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was a bit tired too and not really representing latest food styles and quite boring. We love Rydges and is an awesome location but some tweaks and care is required for us to return. Thank you

Rydges Horizons is in a great location overlooking the lake. The rooms are all self contained so you have the luxury for a washing machine and dryer. Would recommend this hotel for people exploring the neighbouring areas.
