It's a beautiful, quiet, relaxing inn. It's away from the crowds and noise of parts of the Cape, but all of those are still pretty close by if you want to visit. The rooms are really nicely decorated, and ours had a deck looking out over the wooded back yard where we saw rabbits and foxes (not at the same time). A great weekend.

A quiet place.
It is a quiet place 2 miles from the Whale Watcher Cruises and some restaurants. There are a lot of walking trails near by as well. The room was extremely clean. We would defiantly book again when we come back to the area.

Honeymoon stay
Stayed at the Lamb and Lion Inn for our honeymoon in their romantic suite, everything was amazing down to the wood burning fire place in our room! So relaxing to enjoy a fire, the innkeeper Lauren is super helpful and so kind! There is a wonderful courtyard with a pool and hot tub as well! We were surprised with champagne and chocolates covered strawberries when we checked in as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Our room was clean, the continental breakfast was just what we needed and Tom (one of the owners) couldn’t have been nicer with information or making sure we had everything.

My wife and I came here as a last-minute 10-year anniversary getaway. We were only here one night unfortunately, but we packed it in!
The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. Really liked the layout; one of the drawbacks of a B&B is feeling like you're sleeping in someone's grandmother's house and feeling a little awkward about it. This place did not feel like that. It was hotel enough to not feel like I was intruding, but personal enough to not feel like a faceless room key.
The room was great, cozy. Really enjoyed the gas stove/fireplace; warmed the room up nicely and added a nice ambiance. My wife thought the bed was too soft, but she would sleep on a plank if she could so...
It was overall very lovely and serene, like it had been designed with relaxation and wellness in mind (undoubtedly aided by the fact that we were here in the off-season). The breakfast was continental-style with some delicious homemade yogurt and bread.
Also, can't say enough about how awesome Elena was! The massage she gave was amazing. Highly recommend booking that if you come here.
The whole experience was really great, and we've been telling anyone who'll listen to check it out.

Perfect location to explore the cape
It was our first time in Cape Cod and it was perfect. It was quaint and homey and we felt welcome right away. The breakfast was excellent, everything was homemade and on certain days there are several egg dishes available that we took advantage of. We were able to get advice on restaurants, whale watching, and beaches, with accurate directions from Tom and Ali, who were always more that happy to help. We were close to Cape Cod Brewery and Cape Cod chips, lots of beaches, and many nearby towns with lots of shopping. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

I don't understand why this is rated so highly
Booked this hotel based on reviews. I paid around $250 for one night, and we were given a room in the basement. We could hear every step in the room above, and even the opening and closing of their wardrobes (I assume that's what it was). Luckily they weren't feeling amorous that night!
Maybe worth $150, but not $250.

A little disappointed...
I was disappointed in the breakfast. At other B & Bs I have stayed at they have served a hot breakfast. We had to fix our own breakfast and it was hardly a step above a Holiday Inn Express or Country Inn and Suites. The nice thing about staying at a B & B is meeting the other guests and this was not the case at the Lamb and Lion.
